Probably as a result of his earlier letter, David was delighted and surprised to receive an official invitation and two tickets to the Let It Be premiere on May 20 1970. Unfortunately The Beatles had just broken up, and none of them attended the event. 35 years later the DVD of the movie is finally about to be released!
