The new album shows Cliff's amazing versatility with two newly written songs, 'Falling For You' and 'PS Please' as well as a selection of new interpretations of songs by some of his favourite artists, including the Beatles' 'Here Comes The Sun' and The Bee Gees' 'Too Much Heaven'. Additionally, there are five duets with Bonnie Tyler, The Bellamy Brothers, Sheila Walsh, The Piano Guys and Albert Hammond on the title track, 'The Air That I Breathe'. Full track listing below with writer credits.
Sir Cliff says: "Looking back, I remember thinking that I wouldn't make it to 50 but here I am at 80, and what's even better than that is I have this new album which features, not just me, but friends I admire who duetted with me on some of the tracks. I loved recording it and hope you will enjoy listening to it."
Along with the new album, Cliff's new book 'The Dreamer: An Autobiography' will be published on 29th October. With a hit in every decade since the 1950s, Cliff Richard forged the way for British rock'n'roll with his unique sound, and he continues to make waves with new music. With his 80th birthday concert dates now postponed until 2021 due to the virus epidemic, he shows absolutely no signs of slowing down.
