ALTERNATIVE ROCK BAND PALE PARTNERS WITH UK'S INDEPENDENT MUSIC GROUP
Announces World Wide Sub-Publishing Agreement

Deer Park, Texas (November 1, 2011) - Pale, the progressive musical brotherhood of four and flagship artist of newly formed A-Blake Records, LLC, has announced a world-wide agreement with the United Kingdom's Independent Music Group (IMG) to handle all international music sub-publishing. It was announced by Glenn Friedman, consultant for A-Blake Records, LLC and Ellis Rich, Order of the British Empire, Chairman of IMG.

"We are more than delighted to have signed on Pale to our superb worldwide family of publishing companies," Rich explained at the signing. "We normally do not acquire rights of an unknown band but in this case their writing and direction is ideal for exploitation and promotion in all the countries we have partnered. Also, working with Glenn Friedman has been an ongoing situation for many years."

The Music Umbrella is a 32 year old music consultancy company, who has had the pleasure of working and representing with The WHO, AC, Anita Baker, Luther Vandross, Barry White, MTV awards winning choreographer, Anthony Thomas and film and t.v. director, Barry Levinson. For more information on the Music Umbrella text or phone 310 804.2266.

Deal terms include pitching the entire Pale catalogue (which includes music from two previously released CDs, HERE (2005) and MANDATORY AMBULANCE (2007), as well as their most recent recording IN THE TIME OF DANGEROUS MEN, produced by Grammy-winner Steve Christensen) for synchronization uses including TV, film and advertising as well as working closely with Friedman to secure touring opportunities and recording contracts in the overseas markets. The contract term is for three years.

"I'm very pleased that Ellis Rich and his staff see the enormous potential of Pale," said Glenn H. Friedman, President of The Music Umbrella, the international licensing and music consulting company for A-Blake Records. "Having a reputable and powerful international music publisher such as IMG sends a beacon to record labels, and distribution companies that there is already a regional presence for Pale's music and will motivate other firms to get on board. All in all, the strong commitment by the publishing partnership allows for greater world exposure for Pale."

Founded by Ellis Rich in 1989, IMG is one of the most respected and highly efficient independent music publishers and administrators in the world. Controlling thousands of copyrights, IMG occupies spots on the charts more often than any other true independent. Through this agreement, Pale joins a distinguished list of established artists represented by IMG and its consortium partners; such acts include Bruce Springsteen, Bob Seger, Donna Summer, the works of the late Frank Sinatra, Leona Lewis, Crowded House, David Bowie, Jennifer Lopez, Coldplay, Seal, 30 Seconds to Mars, Justin Timberlake, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Paramore, Green Day and more.

IMG consortium partners set to promote Pale's music on an international level include the following companies and their respective territories: Nanada (The Netherlands), BMG (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe), Misty (Scandinavia, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Greenland), Café Concerto (Italy), Clipper's (Spain, Portugal), Nota Bene (France), Media Men Group (Israel), Mushroom Music (Australia), Pelikan (Turkey), Intersong (Greece), Atempo (Czech Republic), IK Music (Russia), Deep Emotion (India), Shinko (Japan), EMI (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, South Korea, Indonesia, China, Australia, New Zealand) and Geoff Crane Music (Africa).
