Music & Media Finland is proud to announce its first two keynotes for 2010: Conran CEO Roger Mavity and Spotify's European General Manager and Global Sales Director Jonathan Forster.

Advertising executive Roger Mavity started his career in the UK in 1981, when he set up his own firm, Mavity Gilmore. He sold Mavity Gilmore in 1991 and joined Granada Ltd., handling the PR for Granada's bid for the Forte Group under Gerry Robinson - the largest successful hostile takeover in history. After 25 successful years in advertising, Mavity eventually became CEO of Conran Holdings - one of the world's leading design companies. Roger Mavity is co-author of Life's a Pitch, a best-selling guide to presentation skills, first published in 2007. He has also written articles for Campaign magazine and various newspapers, including The Observer.

Since joining Spotify as Global Sales Director almost three years ago, Jonathan Forster has been involved in most facets of the business. His current focus is on developing the advertising offering to brands and agencies alike, and building sales teams across multiple markets to support this effort. Within a year and a half of its launch, over 7 million registered users have helped make Spotify an established media owner in its target markets.
